Many of our clients have dental digital X-Ray sensors that are acting up in numerous ways.

If you have these issues or any other with your digital X-Ray sensors or Intra Oral Cameras we will offer you a free diagnostic and repair estimate.

The process is very simple. Fill out the form below and then send your sensor and **interface box to:

**It is very important that you send an interface box with your sensor.

*Interface box refers to the device that you plug your sensor into (some sensors plug directly into the computer, please call us if you have questions 800-821-8962)

**The calibration file is important for us to be able to properly test your sensor (some sensors do not have calibration files, please call us if you have questions 800-821-8962)

Sensors may need to be dismantled to give an accurate estimate.Sensors that are dismantled for diagnostic purposes may be shipped in pieces if repair estimate is declined and doctor chooses not to pay to have the sensor reassembled. Payment authorization will be requested prior to the repair being completed but customer will not be charged for unsuccessful repairs. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling of $49.99. *
